Sanitary District

The Lindenhurst Sanitary District, a separate taxing district from the Village, is governed by the Lindenhurst Village Board of Trustees. The Sanitary District oversees the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant. The Sanitary District has powers and duties outlined by state statute.

Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each quarter at 7:30 p.m. in the Village Hall conference room.
