Village of Lindenhurst, IL

Trustee Grace has been a Lindenhurst resident since April 2000, in the Country Place (North) subdivision; and a Village Trustee and a member of the Human Resource Committee since 2021. Ronald retired as Purchasing Supervisor from United Conveyor Corporation (Waukegan) in 2018, ending a forty-one-year career in Supply Chain management.

Since retirement, he has been kept occupied by several endeavors: 

• Teaching adult Sunday School at the Shiloh Baptist Church of Waukegan
• Owning a small consulting firm – Gracemark Business Consultants
• Hosting a music show, and co-hosting a talk show on WRLR 98.3 FM in Round Lake Beach

"My personal philosophy is that we are all neighbors, and as such, tend to be more alike than different. Mere conversation can often avert confrontation. In addition, my standard approach to projects or issues, is to be as informed, organized, and prepared as possible. 

My avocations include regular workouts at the Lindenhurst Park District gym, reading, and music."
