Patty Chybowski

Trustee

Trustee Chybowski and her family moved to Lindenhurst in 1998. She is married to husband David and they have three grown sons, Andrew, John and Patrick. Patty has been on the Village Board since 2007, first elected to Village Clerk, then moving to the role of Trustee in 2009. Patty is Chairperson of the Village Human Resource Committee and Board Liaison to Employee Relations.

Trustee Chybowski, Sr. HR Generalist for Yaskawa America, Inc., holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and M.S. coursework at Loyola University. Patty has had her senior certification with the Society of HR Managers (SHRM-SCP) since 2009.

“After a number of career-related cross-country moves, we consider ourselves very fortunate to have ‘landed’ and settled in Lindenhurst 25 years ago. Putting down roots in our community has been extremely rewarding and fulfilling for our family.

I enjoy being active, including bicycling, hiking, and gardening.  I also value serving as a mentor and career coach to new college graduates.”
