Commissioners were present: Chairman Jane Gattone, Joy Gajda, David
Hartwig, Robert Reding, Vincent Springer, Gary Stittgen and Alice
Cattani.

Village Administrator; Pat Meehan, Village Planner; Paul Phillips,
Village Attorney; Dominic Marturano, Village Trustee. Jim Stevens
was appointed Acting Recording Secretary.
Approval of
the Minutes of May 7, 2008 Meeting
Minutes were
tabled pending a compilation of all corrections to be given to
Acting Recording Secretary of that meeting, Karen Fassbinder, for
redraft.

Business
The meeting was
a work session only covering the contents of the Meehan & Company
memo of 5/15/08. The items covered were the guidelines for
architectural design page 1 through top of page 11, number 9. Both
commission comments and input coupled with those of staff are to be
combined in a revision to the 5/15/08 Meehan memo.

Adminstrator
Stevens advised that State Farm Insurance is interested in proposing
a change in Zoning classification.
