Zoning Board of Appeals

Purpose
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals ("ZBA") makes certain determinations and advises the Village Board concerning Zoning Ordinance amendments, Zoning variations, Special Use Permits, and Property rezoning.

 

Meetings are held on an as needed basis.
