Plan Commission
Purpose
The Plan Commission is appointed by the Village Board to review all new building and planning concepts. The Plan Commission reviews all concepts in detail for compliance with the Village comprehensive plan and zoning ordinance.
Site plan, open space, density, signage, landscaping, etc. among many other items are reviewed. The Plan Commission makes recommendations to the Village Board and do not have legislative authority.

Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 7 pm in the Village Hall Board room.
