The Administration
Department consists of the Administrator, Office Manager, five full time and
one part time support staff who perform the daily administrative functions.
This includes finance, legal, planning, building and zoning support and
related new development activity. Standard customer service, clerical and
accounting practices are performed as well as those required to produce
sewer/water utility billing and collections. Office staff provide clerical
support and customer service for all appointed Boards and Commissions,
Treasurer and Clerk and external departments including Building, Engineering,
Street and Water/Sewer. The Village Hall office is a contract postal
substation to the main post office in Lake Villa. Most all services including
postal boxes are provided with the exception of overseas packages and postal
money orders.
